What is Simply Social?
Simply Social is more than just a place to take selfies. We are a social experience for you to make memories and connections with the people around you.
Where are you located?
We are located in the Waterfront in Homestead, Pennsylvania. Our address is 218 W Bridge St, Homestead, PA 15120.
When are you open?
We are open Wednesday and Thursday 5pm-9pm, Friday 5pm-10pm, Saturday 4pm-10pm and Sunday 4pm-9pm.
We are closed Monday and Tuesday. Please contact us to schedule a private event or party! We can accommodate you anytime open or closed!
Do I need a ticket to get in?
Yes, everyone over the age of 3 must have a ticket to enter. You can buy tickets on our website. Ticket prices are $20 and $15 for ages 12 and under, children under the age of 3 are free per one adult/guardian. Please note, no third party tickets will be accepted.
All children under 12 must be accompanied by someone over the age of 16. We do not allow strollers in the rooms but we do have an area where your strollers can be placed.
How long is the journey through Simply Social?
Each ticket is for 60 minutes inside our space. The ticket is only valid during the hour it is purchased. We recommend you arriving 10-15 minutes early to ensure you enjoy the full experience.
What do I bring?
Your camera, smile, confidence and a playful attitude! We do not have storage so please leave personal items in your car.
If I purchase tickets for my children, do I have to stay for the experience?
You must have one adult per every 3 minors under the age of 12 but ages 13 and older can enjoy the experience on their own. However, any damage done by a minor will be the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
Do you offer refunds, transfers or can tickets be used over two days?
We do not offer refunds, but we will honor a transfer as long as it is done at least an hour before your scheduled experience. The ticket is good for one time use only.
Is photography allowed?
Yes, we want you to create memories, be inspired and have fun by taking photographs using your phone and camera. We do have ring lights available and remotes to make the experience that much easier!
Professional and/or commercial photography is not allowed. If we feel you are taking professional photos without permission or not during a private event, we reserve the right to ask you to leave.
Are corporate partnerships considered?
Yes, we would love to partner with corporations, and we are open to sponsorship, in-kind, giveaways and more. Please contact email@example.com inquiries.
Are food and drinks allowed?
Unfortunately no, please dispose of any food and/or beverages prior to coming in.
Do you offer group rates?
Yes, for groups of 10-25 you can book through our website or contact us through our events page or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, on the first Wednesday of every month we welcome you to bring your fur baby in to enjoy our space. Please also check our website and social media for additional events including our furry friends.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is parking in the town center and there are lots near the restaurants surrounding our space.
Is there a restroom?
We do not have public restrooms but there are restrooms located by the catwalk across from our space.
Are COVID-19 protocols in place?
Yes, we have a sanitizing station in place as soon as you walk in and we sanitize and clean after each session to ensure everyone can safely have fun! Masks are required unless taking you are in a room taking pictures.
